Problems of civil aviation aircraft maintenance processes in expected operating conditions

The article explores the contradictions, problems and methods of maintenance of modern civil aviation aircraft. After increasing the air flow through the engines, a qualitative transition of vortex formation before the air intakes to vortices of blurred intensity was established. New directions for aircraft ground operation when gas turbine engines are running on the ground are suggested. Within the framework of the requirements of the International Civil Aviation Organization, Aviation Rules and Airworthiness Standards, the contradictions of aircraft ground operation and their engines are investigated and new additions to the Manual on technical operation and repair of aviation equipment in Russian civil aviation are outlined.

Necessity for regional aviation development in Russia

State of the air transportation industry in Russia and abroad is considered in the article, market trends are identified. Most of the aircraft used in Russia are manufactured abroad. Over the past decades the number of airfields has decreased significantly and the volume of traffic and the number of flights has decreased tenfold. It is proposed to develop regional aviation and modify aviation infrastructure to improve the competitiveness of air transport companies. The cost of tickets can be significantly reduced by laying direct flights between the regions while now flights between many regions can be carried out only through Moscow despite the fact that the passenger traffic is enough for a separate flight.

The article discusses the existing networks of operational communication system using IP technology and analyzes the efficiency of their use in railway transport, in the Joint Stock Company Uzbekistan Temir Yollari (UTY JSC). In addition, conceptual fundamentals of IP – telephony technology are presented on the development of efficient methods for transmitting data using digital communication systems of on-line dispatcher control, ensuring the continuity of the process of controlling the movement of railway transport.

The mathematical expression of the interaction process with the parameters of the fence outside and inside air is presented. A method for estimating the residual heat-shielding properties of the building envelope on the railways is offered.

The article presents the investigation results of evaluation of the efficiency of 3VL80s three-sectional main freight electric locomotives (trains) used on the Kattakurgan – Navoi district of Uzbek railways with stop-and-go freight traffic at passing tracks, intermediate stations and interstations. 

The author gives the freight trains traveltime parameters and basic energy indicators of 3VL80S transportation work as numerical values and graphs as well as the regression equations to find the indicator values taking account of  mass variation of freight trains.

The research results are recommended to the specialists of Uzbek railway line-enterprises for developing the complex activities related to the rise of traction and energy efficiency of 3VL80s three-sectional main freight electric locomotives (trains) in organizing freight traffic on the hilly-mountainous Kattakurgan – Navoi district of «Uzbekiston Railways» JSC.

The article presents the investigation results of analysis and evaluation of the efficiency of  3TE10M three-sectional main freight electric locomotives (trains) used on the Kattakurgan – Navoi district of Uzbek railways with non-stop freight traffic at intermediate stations, passing tracks and interstations. The basic indicators of transportation work of 3TE10M electric locomotives are shown as tabular dates and curves which were received using the methods of the locomotive-traction theory. The regression equations to find the numerical values of the indicators within the accepted range of mass variation of freight trains are identified.

The research results are recommended to exploitation department experts of the Bukhara locomotive depot for developing the practical activities directed to the rise of energy and fuel efficiency of using the 3TE10M three-sectional main freight electric locomotives (trains) in real conditions of organizing the rail transportation of goods different in composition, type and content on the hilly – mountainous Kattakurgan – Navoi district of «Uzbekiston railways» JSC.

The research results of screeners’ visual searching for prohibited items and substances using Eye-tracking technology are presented. The results of applying the multivariate statistics methods to improve the reliability of the classification of students based on the analysis of their eyes activity are described. The criterion of competence formation in visual search is proposed. The possibility of applying Shewhart control charts to assess the statistical stability of visual searching was studied.

Transportation work effectiveness analysis of the 3te10m diesel locomotives on the Kattakurgan – Navoi road section of uzbek railway

The results of the substantiation of the parameters of the transportation work of three-section trunk (train) freight locomotives 3ТЭ10М on the real hilly-mountain section of the railway during the movement of freight trains without or with stoppings at intermediate stations, rail junctions and separate points, as well as assessing the haulage properties of the station – to – station track profile are presented. As a criterion for the aforementioned assessment, the given values of total and specific diesel fuel consumption for train haulage in quantitative and monetary calculations are proposed, taking into account the values of the train travel time in haulage mode and specific diesel fuel consumption per trip accompanying the transportation process. The results of research using the methods of the theory of locomotive haulage, taking into account the maximum values of the main indicators of the fuel and energy efficiency of using the 3TE10M diesel locomotives in the form of tabular data and characteristic curves were obtained. The results of the research are recommended for practical use by train drivers-instructors in heating engineering and specialists of linear enterprises of the locomotive complex of the Uzbek railway network, whose professional and production activities concern energy issues of freight and passenger trains on real hilly-mountain and, identical to them, virtual railroad section.

The author introduces the results of rationale for the transportation work parameters of three-section mainline (train) freight electric locomotives on a real Uzbek railway section with non-stop and stop-and-go freight traffic at passing tracks, intermediate stations and intersections, as well as estimation of the traction qualities and properties of the track profile in this area. The criteria for the estimation are adjusted values of overall and specific electrical energy consumption for traction power in the terms of quantity and money as well as accompanying values of adjusted time taken in traction mode and the specific electrical energy consumption for the trip. The research results were received as tabular dates and graphic arts dependences with the use of methods and techniques of locomotive traction theory and the main parameters of traction-energy efficiency of the considered electric locomotives.

The research results are recommended for practical application by engine-drivers-instructors and thermotechnics engineers as well as by other specialists of line enterprises of the locomotive complex of Uzbek railways with professional and productive activities concerning with the issues of energetics of moving the freight and passenger trains on real or virtual railway sections.
