Aim and Scope
The journal’s mission is to foster interdisciplinary dialogue addressing current challenges in transport, education, society, and language.
Among scholarly periodicals, the journal is distinguished by its unique thematic scope, geography and composition of the editorial board and the expert council. The journal facilitates cross-sectoral exchange of experience and knowledge between theoretical scientists and practitioners in the humanities and technical sciences from the Russian Federation and other countries.
The journal aims to serve as a prestigious international platform for publishing high-quality scientific research and analytical materials in the fields of technical sciences, pedagogy, and philology. Published works must reflect current trends in scientific development: interdisciplinarity, knowledge integration, and innovative approaches.
The journal’s primary objectives are:
- To ensure the transfer of innovations by disseminating advanced ideas, methods, and technologies in transport, education, and linguistics.
- To promote global integration and international cooperation by engaging leading international experts as authors and reviewers.
- To foster interdisciplinary synthesis and integrated approaches to solving pressing problems at the intersection of diverse fields of knowledge.
- To adhere to global quality standards and maintain a strong reputation for published works through strict compliance with international ethical and professional publication norms.
- To stimulate dialogue and interaction among researchers from different scientific fields to create a unified scientific space.
The journal is intended to target a broad readership interested in its stated thematic areas, including Russian and international scholars working in technical sciences, pedagogy, and philology; university professors; master’s students; PhD candidates; and postdoctoral researchers.

The journal welcomes articles in the above-mentioned areas but is not limited to them. These thematic areas serve as recommendations and do not preclude consideration of original author submissions in related research fields.
Languages of Publication: Articles are published in Russian, the languages of the peoples of Russia (Bashkir, Buryat, Tatar, Tuvan, Khakas, Yakut, and others), as well as in other languages (English, Spanish, Italian, German, French, Czech, Polish, Bulgarian, Chinese, Korean, Japanese, Mongolian, Kazakh, Kyrgyz, Tajik, Uzbek, Ukrainian, Belarusian).

This is an open access journal. All articles are made freely available to readers immediatly upon publication.
Our open access policy is in accordance with the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI) definition - it means that articles have free availability on the public internet, permitting any users to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of these articles, crawl them for indexing, pass them as data to software, or use them for any other lawful purpose, without financial, legal, or technical barriers other than those inseparable from gaining access to the internet itself.

Peer-Review
All articles submitted to the Editorial Board of the international information and analytical journal «Crede Experto» run the reviewing procedure.
The order of the reviewing procedure is following: the reviewer is chosen by the responsible secretary of the journal among the members of the Advisory board (in agreement with the Chief Editor) or some of the leading specialists working in the given science field. The specialist working in the same department where the publication is done may not review an article.
The editorial board of the Journal sends the manuscripts for peer review to a recognized expert in the field (a Doctor of Sciences or a Candidate of Sciences) who has published some papers on the same topics as the article under review in the last three years.
Reviewers are informed that submitted articles are the author’s ownership and are confidential. Reviewers are forbidden to copy submitted articles for their own personal use.
The reviewing period is fixed in agreement with a reviewer, but mustn’t exceed three weeks.
The review must contain the relevance and novelty of the submitted material, fix the correspondence of the article to the edition profile and determine quality characteristics of the article (style of writing, competence, language culture etc.)
The reviewing is confidential (a blind peer review). The author of the article is given a copy of the review. The review proofs are sent directly to the author via e-mail, fax or regular mail.
The reviewer decides about the possibility of publishing the article: «publish, no significant alterations», «publish, but make changes to the article» or «reject, no right for a rewrite». In case of the manuscript is rejected, the Editorial board sends to the author a motivated refusal letter that is certified by the Chief Editor.
If the author doesn’t agree the reviewer’s opinion, the author of the article may give a motivated letter in the Editorial Board. The article can be sent either for the secondary reviewing or agreement in the Editorial Board.
If the review includes any recommendations on correction of the article, the responsible manager sends to the author the review letter to accept the sent recommendations while preparing a new manuscript (partly or fully) or reasonably refute arguments. A corrected article is sent for the reviewing procedure for the second time and discussed in general order. In this case the date of the article submitting is the same as the date of its return.
The presence of positive review letter is not a sufficient reason for publishing the article. The final decision on including the publication in the issue is taken by the Advisory Board of the journal. Afterwards the responsible secretary tells the author about the decision and the date of publication.
The content of each issue is approved at the meeting of the Advisory Board, which members take a decision on including publications in the issue in co-operation with reviewers.
The original reviews are kept in the Editorial Board of the journal «Crede Experto» for 5 years.
The editorial board of the Journal sends the copies of reviews to the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation after receiving a corresponding request.
Publishing Ethics
The Editor in Chief, Advisory Board and Editorials of the international information and analytic journal «Crede Experto» accept the norms fixed by the Code of Publication Ethics and control their keeping by all the participants of a publishing process.
The Editor in Chief, Advisory Board and Editorials are guided, in particular, by the principles devised by COPE (Committee on Publication Ethics) as well as the experience of leading international journals and publishers. The actual content of the Code of Publication Ethics is available on the official website www.publicet.org/code.
All the participants of the publishing process «Crede Experto» including reviewers and authors should be tolerant to each other. Therefore, Editorials of the journal «Crede Experto» follow the following ethical principles:
Ethical principles of the Editor in Chief, Advisory Board and Editorials
The Editor in Chief, Advisory Board and Editorials of the journal «Crede Experto» are responsible to decide if articles are submitted for reviewing. Editorials should assess the content of the articles regardless of the nationality, race, religious or political beliefs of the author. They are forbidden to disclose any information about submitted articles to anyone except the author. The Editor in Chief, reviewers, Advisory Board and Editorials ensure maximum clearness of the publishing process, inform authors about a process of preparing their manuscripts for publishing; regulate the editorial conflicts of interests and guarantee absolute information confidentiality. Unpublished materials are forbidden for personal use of the reviewer and can not be given to anybody without an author’s written permission.
Ethical principles of reviewers
The review is a document on the basis of which the Editorial Board takes a decision on the acceptance or rejection of the article. Reviewers must strictly keep the rules of the journal publishing policy; be objective in evaluating the quality of the article (urgency, novelty, originality, information accuracy etx.), control the citation correctness, keep the reviewing terms of the articles and maintain information privacy. If the reviewer has any significant remarks on the article, he should immediately put them in a form of comments and, in agreement with the Editorial Board, send back to the author for rewriting. The criticism of the author is not allowed.
Ethical principles of authors
Articles applied for publication in the journal «Crede Experto» should be done in a full compliance with the editorial requirements. Articles are accepted for publication only if they haven’t been previously published or are not scheduled for publication in other scientific editions. If the were published previously, the Editorial Board has the right to deny the author to the further cooperation. Plagiarism (wilful authorship appropriation) and incorrect rehashing are not allowed. They can be an argument for a manuscript rejection. To avoid plagiarism the author should be accurate in making citations and bibliographic references. Self-plagiarism is another example of the publication ethics breach. Any kind of replication of the article or its parts is not permitted. The article should include only original scientific data. If the author finds out any mismatches in his manuscript, he should immediately inform the Editorial Board.
According to the editorial policy of the journal «Crede Experto» plagiarism, incorrect rehashing, using of other person work elements as well as self-plagiarism aren’t allowed.
Policy of the Use of Generative Artificial Intelligence (AI)

In order to ensure transparency and uphold the principles of publication ethics, this policy governs the use of generative AI tools by authors, reviewers, and editors of IIAJ Crede Experto.
The Editorial Board of IIAJ Crede Experto acknowledges the benefits of the responsible use of generative AI and its underlying technologies as research and scholarly publishing tools. However, these tools must not replace human critical thinking, expertise, or evaluation. Authors, reviewers, and editors of IIAJ Crede Experto are responsible for the contents of their work and for the decisions they make.
Use of Generative AI by Authors
General Principles
- No generative AI tool may be listed as an author or co-author of a manuscript, nor included in the list of individuals who contributed to the research or the preparation of the article.
- Any output generated by AI must be critically evaluated by a human.
- Any use of generative AI must be appropriately disclosed.
- The human author is solely responsible for all information obtained through generative AI.
- Covert use of generative AI (including undeclared text generation), data fabrication via AI, breach of confidentiality, and copyright infringement are strictly prohibited.
The editorial board of IIAJ Crede Experto permits authors to use generative AI tools for the following tasks (subject to full author supervision, verification, and editing):
- spelling and punctuation checking;
- translating individual sections of a manuscript into a foreign language;
- improving the readability and quality of the text;
- formatting the text in accordance with the journal’s requirements;
- using bibliographic reference managers;
- pre-sorting literary sources and research materials (in the “Materials and Methods” section, please provide a detailed description of the AI model name, version, and stages of the work).
The editorial board of IIAJ Crede Experto prohibits the use of generative AI tools for the following purposes:
- generating scientific ideas, conclusions, or developing recommendations;
- creating any type of content, including manuscript sections, abstracts, and supplementary materials;
- interpreting data or formulating scientific conclusions.
Generation and Editing of Images and Data
Generative AI tools may not be used to create or modify images, source data, or to prepare graphical abstracts (unless the manuscript itself focuses on image or data generation).
Citing Responses from Generative AI Programs
Responses generated by generative AI may be cited in the text according to the following format: In response to the prompt “XXX,” the ChatGPT model generated a response stating that “YYY.” In the footnote, provide the link: OpenAI. (2023). ChatGPT (Mar 14 version) [Large language model]. https://chat.openai.com/chat.
The Editors of ISAJ Crede Experto require full disclosure of how and for what purpose generative AI was used. Authors must include a separate declaration in the manuscript specifying the AI tool or service used, the nature of the task performed, the section(s) of the manuscript produced with generative AI assistance, and the extent of generative AI contribution. If necessary, the full text of the chatbot queries and responses may be attached to the manuscript.
Recommended Declaration Format:
Section title: Declaration of generative AI and AI-assisted technologies use in the preparation of the manuscript.
Statement text: During the preparation of this work the author(s) used [TOOL/SERVICE NAME, VERSION, NUMBER] in order to [REASON] (for example, to improve the text quality, to compile references, to draft the English abstract, etc.). After using this tool, the author(s) reviewed and edited the content as needed and take(s) full responsibility for the content of the published article.
If GenAI was not used during the research or manuscript preparation, please state: During the preparation of this work the author(s) did not use generative AI.
Use of Generative AI by Reviewers
Reviewers should not use generative AI when reviewing manuscripts due to the potential risk of breaching confidentiality and violating the author’s rights. Specifically, the following are not recommended, even for the purpose of improving the language of the review:
- uploading the full text or any part of the manuscript into a generative AI program;
- using a generative AI program to evaluate the manuscript;
- using AI to automatically generate the text of the review.
If a reviewer suspects that generative AI was used in the manuscript, they should notify the editor. If a reviewer wishes to conduct additional verification using generative AI detection tools, they are supposed to inform the editor.
Use of Generative AI by Editors
In most cases, editors are not permitted to use generative AI when handling a manuscript due to the high risk of confidentiality breaches when uploading both manuscript fragments and review fragments to the AI program.
Editors are strongly advised against the following:
- uploading the full text or any part of the manuscript into a generative AI-powered program;
- using a generative AI-powered program to consolidate reviewer comments or to draft the decision letter to the author;
- evaluating reviews using AI;
- making editorial decisions using AI.
Editorial Actions Upon Detection of Undisclosed generative AI Use (Before or After Publication)
The journal editor may suspect undisclosed or inappropriate use of generative AI before or after publication. In such cases, the journal’s editorial board takes the following actions:
- requests clarification from the authors;
- requests proof of independent work on the manuscript (drafts, source data, etc.);
- checks the manuscript text using an alternative generative AI detection tool (without using a generative AI chatbot);
- compares the manuscript against the author’s earlier works written before the availability of generative AI programs.
After collecting relevant information, the journal’s editorial board reassesses the manuscript in light of the impact of generative AI on the research results and makes a decision regarding its fate:
- make changes or additions to the article with the appropriate note;
- reject the article (if it has not yet been published) or retract the article in accordance with the established retraction procedure (if it has already been published).
Resolution of Disputes
Each case is handled on an individual basis. In resolving disputed matters, the journal’s editorial board relies on existing guidelines and recommendations, as well as the journal’s own policy on generative AI use.

Disclosure and Conflict of Interest
Unpublished materials disclosed in a submitted manuscript must not be used in a reviewer’s own research without the express written consent of the author. Privileged information or ideas obtained through peer review must be kept confidential and not used for personal advantage.
Reviewers should not consider manuscripts in which they have conflicts of interest resulting from competitive, collaborative, or other relationships or connections with any of the authors, companies, or institutions connected to the papers.
Plagiarism detection
“Crede Experto: transport, society, education, language" use native russian-language plagiarism detection software Antiplagiat to screen the submissions. If plagiarism is identified, the COPE guidelines on plagiarism will be followed.
Preprint and postprint Policy
The editorial board of the “Crede Experto: transport, society, education, language" allows authors to post the manuscript as a preprint before submission for review and to archive independently their articles in disciplinary and institutional repositories.
Preprints
The editorial board of the “Crede Experto: transport, society, education, language" encourages uploading preprints on preprint servers. The Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) defines a preprint as 'a scholarly manuscript posted by the author(s) in an openly accessible platform, usually before or in parallel with the peer review process.'
A preprint publication shall not be considered duplicate publication nor shall it influence the editor's decision to publish it in the “Crede Experto: transport, society, education, language".
The author must notify the editorial board of the “Crede Experto: transport, society, education, language" about the posted preprint at submission of the manuscript for review, furnishing a link to the preprint with its DOI identifier and the dissemination terms and conditions.
It is the author’s responsibility to add a link to the published manuscript in the preprint record. The link must contain the DOI and the URL of the article published on the journal's website. The original preprint should not be modified based on the reviewer’s and editor’s comments. The preprint should not be replaced with the text of the published article.
Do not delete the preprint text.
Manuscripts Accepted for Publication
The editorial board of the “Crede Experto: transport, society, education, language" allows manuscripts that have been reviewed and are accepted for publication to be archived independently.
This version of the manuscript may be disseminated through:
- personal website or blog;
- institutional repository;
- disciplinary repository;
- direct interactions with faculty or students by providing this version of the manuscript for personal use.
The text of the manuscript should contain the author’s clarifications about its status and information about the planned publication.
Example: The ARTICLE TITLE has been reviewed, accepted for publication, and will be published in 2021 (3) of the “Crede Experto: transport, society, education, language".
Once the final version of the manuscript is published, it is the author’s responsibility to add a link to the published article to the publication record. The posted text should not be modified based on the reviewer’s and editor’s comments. Do not replace the text of the posted manuscript. Do not delete the text of the posted manuscript.
Final Versions of Manuscripts
The editorial board of the “Crede Experto: transport, society, education, language" allows manuscripts that have been peer-reviewed, accepted for publication, edited and ready for publication (proofread and typeset) to be archived independently.
This version of the manuscript may be disseminated through:
- personal website or blog;
- institutional repository;
- disciplinary repository;
- direct interactions with faculty or students by providing this version of the manuscript for personal use.
Once the final version of the manuscript is published, it is the author’s responsibility to add a link to the published article to the publication record. The posted text should not be modified based on the reviewer’s and editor’s comments. Do not replace the text of the posted manuscript. Do not delete the text of the posted manuscript.
Revenue Sources
The publication of the journal is financed by the funds of the parent organization, at the expense of the publisher, publication of advertising materials, publication of reprints.
