I’m happy to greet and congratulate you with a new issue of the international information and analytical journal „Crede Experto”. The journal appeared in 2014 as a multidisciplinary edition.

We hope that it will be really a virtual laboratory for teachers, instructors, universities teachers, representatives of educational authority and scientists. It will be also a place where we could exchange our opinions on the most important issues of science and education, discuss controversial questions related to the pedagogical science and practice.

The paper describes certain landmarks in the history of the Athonite debate about God’s Name in the XXth c. and its conceptual bases. The Athonite debate gave rise to the development of the Russian theolinguistic thought and underlay the ontological conception of language as well as the realistic philosophy of the name. The paper explores the question of how the ideas of the name and a prayer can evolve within the framework of the synergetic-personalistic paradigm. Boundaries and possibilities of the rationalization of the spiritual experience are also discussed.

Lesson in a new format as an innovative means of training

Professional mobility of a future teacher as an actual problem

In the resent years in the Russian Pedagogics there has been growing interest in a problem of future teacher’s professional mobility. A number of conferences related to the problems of this phenomenon were held. However, the attitude to the concept «professional mobility» is ambiguous. Mobile teachers are in demand primarily due to social and economic reasons in our country as well as forming market policy in all spheres of life. State documents on modernization of the educational system, that includes a social order, also prove the need for preparing mobile teachers.

Theoretical issues of foreign languages teaching

Forming of student’s foreign language competence in implicit teaching based on virtual lab assignments system (VLAS)

The article deals with the problems to form foreign language competence of transport university student. The purpose of the article is to describe the ways of implicit teaching based on virtual lab assignments system in a foreign language.

The author is the VLAS developer at the Foreign Languages Department of Engineering University; puts forward a hypothesis that if the foreign language curriculum reduces auditorium time, the virtual lab assignments based on multimedia optimizes forming of students’ foreign language competence and motivates them to master a foreign language.

Prospects for integration of classical forms of foreign language teaching in e-learning system Moodle: introduction to German phonetics

The article describes the prospects for the creation of e-learning phonetic introductory course using the capabilities of the virtual learning environment Moodle at the Department of German Philology at the St. Petersburg State University. The interest in the usage of electronic learning management systems is associated with the active introduction of new information technologies in the education system, including foreign languages teaching.  Moodle can be used to combine many methods in order to teach correct pronunciation of a foreign language, such as audio and / or video, transcription, additional materials. The article presents the initial phase of the project results.

This article offers a variety of methodological techniques for studying proverbs. These techniques are analogous to the game of playing cards. They are oriented for the first-year students of linguistic university. Proverbs can be used for morphological and semantic analysis. Study of psychoactive substance use as a risk factor of students’ health

The article presents the monitoring results of the prevalence of psychoactive substance use (PAS). The research was conducted among cadets of Irkutsk Aviation Technical College of Civil Aviation and students of Irkutsk Branch of the Moscow State Technical University of Civil Aviation. The classification and frequency of psychoactive substance use among college cadets and university students have been studied. The main risk factors of substance initiation are identified. The investigation causing the need of preventive measures aimed at the aspects of stopping the use of substance and formation of a correct way of life (CWL) at college and university.

Functional phonetics: prosodic methods of text expressive reading

The actual problems of functional phonetics are considered in this article. The object of the research is particularly the problem of a common function of intonation components in speech. Such intonation components as speech melody, rhythm, pausation, stylistic colouring and expressiveness play a special role in all areas of speech stylistics. The intonation research from this point of view gives us the opportunity to draw scientific conclusions about cognitive and esthetic value of human speech.

It is noted in the article that scientific-theoretical problems of the object of the functional phonetics research are many-sided; their solving is a main aim of the modern Kazakh linguistics. The nature of speech, and especially the function of sound is very difficult. Therefore consideration of word phonetics as an intellectual, psychophysical, psycholinguistic and esthetic phenomenon became the main purpose of the current article.

Интонацияның әуен, ырғақ, кідіріс, қарқын сияқты танымдық тәсілдер қолданыс тілі стилистикасының барлық саласында өзінің стильдік бояуымен, көркемдігімен ерекше рөл атқарады. Интонацияны осы тұрғыдан зерттеу тереңдетіп қарастыру арқылы адам сөзі танымдық және эстетикалық мәніне ғылыми тұжырым жасау көзделінді.
