Уважаемые читатели и авторы публикаций, позвольте мне от имени Редакционного Совета и редколлегии международного информационно-аналитического журнала «Crede Experto: транспорт, общество, образование, язык» открыть второй номер в 2019 году и поздравить уважаемого Олега Анатольевича Горбачева, члена редакционного Совета нашего журнала по направлению 05.00.00 – Технические науки с замечательным юбилеем!

13 июня 2019 года исполняется 60 лет директору Иркутского филиала МГТУ ГА О. А. Горбачеву. В связи с 60-летием Олега Анатольевича, конечно, нельзя не отметить огромную его заслугу, большую и продуктивную роль в развитии и процветании Иркутского филиала МГТУ ГА.
Следует отметить, что именно в непростое время для российских вузов, период непрерывных реформ и модернизационных процессов в 2003 году Олег Анатольевич возглавил Иркутский филиал МГТУ ГА. Анализируя вышеназванный период с 2003 по 2019, период руководства филиалом вуза Горбачевым Олегом Анатольевичем, приходит осознание того, что благодаря профессионализму руководителя наш филиал не только выстоял, но и продолжает свое развитие.
Aircraft, aircraft engines and methods of their operation

The article presents general approaches to forming an estimation procedure of the residual operation life of the bypass turbojets operated on civil aircraft for long periods of time by taking actual operating conditions into account. With the example of D-436-148 aircraft engine having the standard control program the authors analyze how the size of turbine-blade tip clearances influences the rate of exhaustion of a bypass turbojet module – the gas turbine. A fraction of moving blade damage on takeoff is proposed to be used as a parameter defining the rate of exhaustion of the gas turbine.

The article discusses the existing networks of operational communication system using IP technology and analyzes the efficiency of their use in railway transport, in the Joint Stock Company Uzbekistan Temir Yollari (UTY JSC). In addition, conceptual fundamentals of IP – telephony technology are presented on the development of efficient methods for transmitting data using digital communication systems of on-line dispatcher control, ensuring the continuity of the process of controlling the movement of railway transport.

The article discusses the various psychodrama techniques used by M. I. Tsvetaeva in the lyrical satire «Pied Piper». The author draws attention to the marked reciprocity of the text by Tsvetaeva, which seems an attempt to talk with herself. In this regard, Tsvetaeva violates stylistic unity, employs various syntactic markers and nonce-words. The author pays special attention to the analysis of the techniques of the personification of inanimate objects and their transformation. The author comes to the conclusion about the psychodrama nature of Tsvetaeva’s poetry.

The aim of the article is to analyze the interrelation of syntax and semantics of paired designations in the modern German language. The author describes the peculiarities and main principles of structural and semantic organization of paired designations using the semantic-syntactical law of ranking, which says that there is semantic hierarchy in the syntactical constructions and the word order reflects a particular hierarchy of parameters embodied in people’s consciousness.

The paper deals with the analysis of the verbs of communication within the discourse of modern English drama. Lingvosynergetic aspects of such verbs in the plays of modern authors of English-speaking countries can be seen both in the dialogue of the plays and in author’s remarks. Due to the synergetic potential of the above mentioned verbs the two constituents of the play begin to interact and influence each other.

Personality and media: humanitarian studies in media education

In this article using the cinema “Balamut” (“Troublemaker”) (1978) as an example is made the hermeneutical analysis of the specific Soviet audiovisual media text about a school and a higher education institution at media educational classes. The author adhered to the hermeneutical analysis methodology of the media texts developed by A. Silverblet [Silverblatt, 2001] and U. Eko [Eko, 2005], with the support of media education key concepts. Examples of creative tasks for realization in student’s audience are also given.

In this article using a comedy TV series “Fizruk” (“Рhysical education teacher”) (2014-2016) as an example is made the hermeneutical analysis of the specific Soviet audiovisual media text about a school and a higher education institution at media educational classes. TV series on the theme of school and higher education institution designed mainly for the youth audience have an entertaining character and low artistic value. Nevertheless, they can be interesting for hermeneutic analysis in the student audience in historical, ideological, socio-cultural and other contexts.

The main changes with their significant impact on modern media education in Russia occurred during the years of “perestroika” are examined in the article. They allowed expanding the methodological foundations of media pedagogy. Such a methodological basis transformation was based on the existing objective prerequisites: practical results were often ahead of the theoretical foundations; the USSR’s withdrawal from isolation in relation to Western studies. The changes laid down in the period of “perestroika” became the basis for modern media education in our country.

The article discusses the media educational opportunities of audiovisual media texts on school and student topics. To this end, the article presents a review of scientific publications on the problem under study, the results of scientific papers on the methods and technology of media education. The analysis was based on the scientific works of Bazalgette, A. Silverblatt, U. Eco backed by the key concepts of media education: media agencies, media / mediatext categories, media technologies, media languages, media representations, media audiences.
The study presents practical aspects of organization of media education classes including literary-analytical, imitation-creative, theatrical-role-playing creative tasks on the material of audiovisual media texts on subjects of school and university.

The paper is devoted to the historical and legal analysis of the existence and development of testimony as one of the types of evidence in the criminal law of Russia of the past centuries. The author points out that the legislator mentions the rights and duties of witnesses both in the XVIII and XIX centuries. Nevertheless, the scope of witness rights and obligations in Russian criminal and criminal procedure legislation of the XVIII and XIX centuries was different. The author connects their more detailed regulation with the development of Russian law.

The paper explores the ergonyms of women’s clothing stores. The authors wonder what caused the choice of words when creating an ergonym, and how effective this choice is. The popularity of foreign ergonyms in this area of naming is noted. The attractiveness of collected ergonyms is verified by experiment (by polling the opinions of representatives of the youth audience). The conclusion is made about the popularity of ergonyms-transliterated Russian words and names of foreign origin in the youth environment, not any, but the most understandable ones that do not require in-depth knowledge of source languages.

Communication processes in professional activity

The article presents the experience of participation of a Russian media pedagogue in the autumn school “Critical understanding of history – strengthening of democracy” organized by Moldova Institute Leipzig and the Ministry of foreign Affairs of Germany (Auswärtiges Amt). Participation in the autumn school allowed the author to realize a number of scientific interests: to identify current trends in the understanding of Holocaust issues by researchers from Germany, Colombia, Ukraine, Moldova, Belarus and Russia; to find out what media are used by teachers from different countries in the lessons on the Second world war; to expand knowledge and skills in understanding, interpreting historical facts of the Soviet past, including through the analysis of media content.
