Brief biography. He was born in 1969 in Tashkent. In 1992, he graduated with honors from the Abu Rayhan Beruni Tashkent State Technical University with a degree in “Design and Manufacturing of Radio-Electronic Equipment.” In 2009, he defended his Ph.D. dissertation in technical sciences on the topic “Radio navigational devises’ perfection and creation of fault detection system for theirs control” in the specialty 05.11.13 – “Devices and methods of control of natural environment, matterss, materials and wares”. From 2012 to 2015, he served as head of the “Air Traffic Control” department at Tashkent State Technical University, and subsequently as dean of the Faculty of Aviation. From 2015 to 2018, he served as vice rector. Since 2023, he has served as head of the Department of Energy Supply Systems at the Muhammad al-Khwarizmi Tashkent University of Information Technologies. He is the author and co-author of over 100 educational and scientific publications, including 2 textbooks, 7 teaching aids, and 2 monographs. Academician of the Turon Academy of Sciences. Married, has three children.
