A brief biography. Education: higher education, graduated from the Volgograd Polytechnic Institute with a degree in "Technology of basic organic and petrochemical synthesis" in 1982. In 1990, she defended her thesis for the degree of Candidate of Chemical Sciences in the same specialty. The topic of the dissertation is "Reactions of 1,3-dehydroadamantane with organophosphorus compounds". Awarded the degree of Associate Professor in the Department of General Chemistry in 1995.

From 1995 to 2020, she worked as Vice-rector for Academic Affairs at Volgograd State Technical University. In 2002, she defended her dissertation for the degree of Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences in specialty 13.00.08 "Theory and methodology of vocational education" on the topic "Humanitarization of engineering education (based on modeling of socio-humanitarian expertise of technical solutions)". He was awarded the academic title of professor in 2013.

Since 2021, he has been the Head of the Department of History, Culture and Sociology at Volgograd State Technical University.

He is the author and co-author of more than 160 scientific articles, with a Hirsch index of 20.
