Born on September 29, 1962 in the city of Yakutsk. 1979–1984 – student of the Yakut State University. 1984–1987 – teacher in schools in Yakutia. 1987–1990 – full-time postgraduate study in the Altai languages sector of the Leningrad branch of the Institute of Linguistics of the USSR Academy of Sciences. 1990–2020 – researcher at the Institute of Humanitarian Research of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), associate professor at the Yakut State Engineering and Technical Institute, professor at the North-Eastern Federal University named after M.K. Ammosov. 2014–2022 – member of the dissertation council D 003.076.01. From 2016 to the present – member of the scientific editorial board of the international information and analytical journal "Crede Experto: Transport, Society, Education, Language", included in the list of the Higher Attestation Commission under the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation; member of the editorial board of the scientific journal Philological Sciences Journal of the Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda University of the Republic of Kazakhstan since 2023.
