Short biography. Shekerbek Zh. Kurmankulov graduated from Osh State Pedagogical Institute with a degree in Physics, qualification “Secondary School Physics Teacher.” He began his career in 1975 as a teacher Physics in the Dzhangi-Dzhol district of Osh region, where he worked until 1977. From 1977 to 2005, he worked at Osh Technological University, where he rose from lecturer to associate professor, head of department, and dean of the faculty. He completed his postgraduate studies at Donetsk Polytechnic Institute from 1983 to 1986. In 1990, he defended his candidate dissertation (PhD thesis) in engineering at Dnepropetrovsk Mining Institute named after Artem (Ukraine), earning a Candidate of Technical Sciences degree. Since 2005, his professional career has been closely linked with Talas State University. From 2005 to 2007, he served as Head of the Department of Energy Physics; from 2007 to 2015, he oversaw academic and research work as Vice-Rector. Since 2016, he has been a professor at the Department of Mathematics, Physics, and Computer Science. Kurmankulov’s significant contribution to science has been recognized at the highest level: in 2007, he was awarded the title of Laureate of the State Prize of the Kyrgyz Republic in Science and Technology. He is the author of over 254 scientific and methodological works, including three monographs, 40 textbooks and teaching aids, seven patents, and 209 scientific articles in technical and pedagogical fields. Since defending his doctoral dissertation, he has published more than 60 scientific articles in various academic journals.
