Brief biography. In 1988 Sergey M. Krivel graduated from Irkutsk Higher Military Aviation Engineering School with the qualification of “Mechanical Engineer”. In 1994 he completed his adjunct postgraduate studies program at the Aerodynamics Department, Zhukovsky Air Force Engineering Academy. In 1993 he successfully defended his candidate dissertation (PhD thesis) in technology. In 1997 he was awarded the academic title of Associate Professor at the Aerodynamics and Flight Dynamics Department. He is the author of over 200 scientific and scholarly publications.
