Associate Professor at the Department of Air Navigation Systems, Faculty of Aviation Transport Engineering, Tashkent State Transport University. Research interests include Earth remote sensing, Geo-AI, satellite image processing, monitoring of natural phenomena, aerospace technologies, quantum computing, CAD/CAM/CAE systems, and engineering education.

In 2022, the PhD dissertation in Technical Sciences was defended in the specialty 05.01.02 – “System Analysis, Control, and Information Processing.” Dissertation title: “Information and Analytical System for Integrated Functional Processing of Satellite Imagery of Natural-Territorial Objects.” The academic title of Associate Professor was awarded in July 2024.

Advanced training and international internships include studies at the Technical University of Berlin (Germany) in rocket and space technology. Two internships were completed at the Lessius Mechelen Institute (Belgium): the first focused on the design and implementation of Pro/ENGINEER in manufacturing; the second covered the design of small satellites using Pro/ENGINEER, GIS technologies, and the development of a web-based search database for students. Additional training includes a course by the Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA) on the use of ALOS-2 (Daichi-2) satellite imagery, as well as professional development in “Air Traffic Management” at the Training Center of Tashkent State Transport University.

Active participation in European Union international projects includes:

– 2008–2009: Assistant Coordinator, TEMPUS project “A New Educational Course in Space Technology” (JEP-27042-2006), which led to the establishment of a Master’s program in Applied Space Technologies.

– 2009–2010: Participant, FP7 project “GEO Capacity Building Initiative in Central Asia” (No. 244176).

– 2010–2012: Participant and Assistant Coordinator, MANECA project “Mobility Academic Network between the EU and Central Asia.”
