Abstract

The use of new modern structural materials that would improve the physical andmechanical properties of products, assemblies and components of machine and transportengineering would reduce the mass fraction of metals in their design, which is a very urgent task. The purpose of this study was to develop an algorithmic solution for the automated control of thetechnology for manufacturing products from photopolymers based on the found scientificallybased set of controlled parameters obtained in the process of studying the physical and mechanicalcharacteristics and chemical properties of composites.

The experimental and industrial tests of the physical and mechanical properties of resin ROEHM R-50 made it possible to investigate the operation of the photopolymerization control system algorithm in practice.
