В таких условиях традиционные методы обработки данных в системах управления воздушным движением часто не обладают достаточной точностью, что может привести к снижению уровня безопасности и эффективности воздушного транспорта.</p><p>Данная работа показывает, что решение радиолокационных задач в регионах требует сочетания инженерных инноваций, алгоритмической гибкости и стратегического планирования. Реальные примеры из международной практики подтверждают, что за счет надлежащей интеграции технологий можно обеспечить высокий уровень безопасности и надежности воздушного движения даже в самых сложных топографических условиях.</p><p>Комплекс, включающий в себя техническую модернизацию, метеорологическую адаптацию и топографическое моделирование с учетом особенностей рельефа и технических ограничений, анализ существующих методов обработки данных, применяемых в условиях горных и предгорных районов, а также анализ условий полетов в горных и предгорных районах с точки зрения радиолокационного обеспечения, подчеркивает необходимость подхода, без которого уровень безопасности на важных участках полета может значительно снизиться.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>This paper states that in areas with difficult terrain – mountainous and foothill regions – natural and man-made factors create additional obstacles to navigation and communication. In such conditions, traditional data processing methods in air traffic control systems often lack sufficient accuracy, which can lead to a reduction in the safety and efficiency of air transport.</p><p>This paper demonstrates that solving regional radar challenges requires a combination of engineering innovation, algorithmic flexibility, and strategic planning.
