Описаны современные методы подготовки пилотов, включая технологические решения и когнитивные тренировки. Акцентируется внимание на важности комплексного подхода к развитию навыков, чтобы повысить безопасность и эффективность полетов. Практическая значимость работы заключается в необходимости постоянного обновления и адаптации программ подготовки пилотов с учетом технологического прогресса и изменений в авиационной индустрии, которые будут способствовать созданию более безопасной и надежной системы управления воздушным движением будущего.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article examines the key aspects that ensure effective piloting, such as spatial orientation and flight image. Modern methods of pilot training including technological solutions and cognitive training are described. Emphasis is placed on the importance of an integrated approach to skill development to enhance flight safety and efficiency.
